Monday & Thursdays: Queer Art Therapy
Queer Art Therapy sessions happen in Take Care’s Art Room and are facilitated by Creative Arts Therapist, Sass Cocker. Offering a welcoming space for creative explorations with a therapeutic focus, sessions are playful, curious and intrinsically queer. Whether you’re seeking to articulate feelings, deepen self-knowledge, reflect on a situation, develop ideas, heal or find new pathways, sessions are tailored to support you and your intentions in the space. To participate, no artistic experience or skills are required.

Mondays & Wednesdays: Studio Art Group
Samantha Sederof’s Studio Art Group recognises the deep and enduring connection between mental health and creativity; offering participants the space and support to express themselves creatively, develop their professional arts practice, connect with like-minded artists and enhance their wellbeing. Facilitated by an artist & registered art therapist specialising in open studio groups, the program will provide participants a unique opportunity to explore their creativity in a supportive environment.

Monday Nights: Pop Gymnastik
Golden Gymnastik (low impact)- Mondays at 5:30pm
Pop Gymnastik (high impact) - Mondays at 6:30pm
Golden Gymnastik is low impact but not low intensity. In this class you’ll get an aerobics and a barre/pilates class in one. Designed for people who want to work out in a way that puts minimal stress on the joints.
Pop Gymnastik’s hight impact class is an exercise calss for people who hate exercise, and a dance class for people who ‘can’t dance’. It’s sweatier than a HIIT workout, but about 80 times more fun.

Monday Nights: No Lights No Lycra (dance)
Dance session - Mondays at 7:30pm
Casual, free-form dance session held in a darkened room, created purely for the joy of moving your body. There’s no choreography, no pressure, and no judgement — just you, the music, and the freedom to dance however you like.
There’s no membership required. Simply book in or turn up when you’re in the mood for a dance.

Tuesday Nights: No Lights No Lycra Family Night (dance for kiddos)
Family Night - Tuesdays at 5pm
These family sessions are built on the same core principle of NLNL—dancing for the pure joy of moving with no judgment and no choreography to follow. Because it's an all-ages environment, the lights aren't turned completely pitch-black, ensuring a safe and engaging space for little ones while still keeping the music

Ginkgo Embodiment leave the dynamic flows behind and move with a pace that supports listening, tending and moving with autonomy. A mixture of yoga asana, somatics, breathwork and mantra. A soft landing for the start of your week.

Tuesday Nights: Alyasati Fusion Bellydance with Sarah Moulton
Beginner Class- Tuesdays 7:10pm
8 week course commencing June 16th. Fusion Bellydance (often known as Tribal Fusion) is characterised by precise isolations, fluid undulations, and serpentine, intentional movement, combined with a deeply embodied and body-positive approach to self-expression. It draws from both traditional and contemporary influences, creating a unique and evolving dance form.

Flexibility and stamina - the sexy way!
Sexy, strip-club style floor work. Old-school grinds, hip dips, pussy pops, body rolls, leg work, twerks and heel clacks. You will learn technique, tricks, along with damm hot choreography!

We guide you through the fundamentals that form the heart of tango, refining your technique while exploring the endless possibilities of expression.
From the essentials to advanced concepts, our approach builds confidence on the dance floor, whether you’re just starting or already experienced.
By focusing on how movement works, tango becomes natural and intuitive, giving you the freedom to express yourself and dance in your own way.

Thursday Nights: Melbourne Community Rope (Shibari class)
Intermediate Level Class - Thursdays at 6:30pm Melbourne Community Rope is a committee run, not for profit group with a focus on community learning and ethical education from experienced rope facilitators.
Our goal is to provide a body positive, consent focused, LGBTQIA+ safe and friendly space for anyone of any skill level who is interested in rope bondage.
We run weekly classes, monthly rope jams and occasional weekend workshops.
