Take Care Instructions

Step 1. Windows - Close/lock Art Room windows (this step is VERY important)

Step 3. Rubbish -put in bins provided (you do not need to take rubbish out)

Step 4. Return Space to Original Configuration - Return furniture to its original place. If you used the projector & screen, pack them away

Step 5. Clean Up Mess - Wipe tables and chairs if needed, vacuum/sweep/mop Art Room floors if needed

Step 6. Heating/ Cooling - Turn off split system unit using the remote. If there is a portable heater in the room, turn it off at power point.

Step 7. Purifier(s) - Turn off via power button at top of unit

Step 8. Music - Pause spotify, put iPad to sleep, turn off speaker

Step 9. Turn off lights- 4 lights using the pull strings and lamp by unplugging at power board behind mirror

Step 10. Art Room Door - Lock by hand and pull door closed

Step 11. Switch Off Accessible Bathroom Light - via 1 switch

Step 12. Turn Off Hanging Light Outside Accessible Bathroom - pull string (Not, if you can't reach the string, there is a hook located at the noticeboard to assist)

Step 13. Switch Off All 3 Light Switches in Main Bathroom

Step 14. Close & Bolt Lock Main Bathroom Door (SUPER IMPORTANT FOR BUILDING'S SECURITY)

Step 16. Ensure Back Door to Courtyard is Closed & Locked

Step 15. Turn Off Window Lights - via middle switch on two power points

Step 16. Check & Close Any Open Windows in Corridor

Step 17. Turn Off Hanging Lights Outside Small Room - pull string

Step 18. Switch ON Light at Notice Board

Step 19. Close Entry Door - Ensure lock is engaged, exit & pull door closed behind you. Double check it's locked.

Step 20. After Dark, Turn On Stairwell Light

Step 21. Return ALL Keys to Safe- place neatly on hook, close safe gently, scramble numbers, close cover

QUICK CHECKLIST…

Step 1. Windows - Close/lock Art Room windows (this step is SO important)

Step 2. Dishes - Wash, dry and put away your dishes

Step 3. Rubbish -Put all rubbish in bins provided (note- you do not need to take rubbish out)

Step 4. Return Space to Original Configuration

- Return all furniture to its original place
-If you used the projector, pack away screen and projector

Step 5. Clean Up Mess - if your time in the art room left a mess, please clean it up (wipe tables and chairs if needed, vacuum/mop floors if needed) Note. Vacuum cleaner is kept in kitchen

Step 6. Turn Off Heating/Cooling - turn off aircon using the remote, turn off portable heater at power point

Step 7. Turn Off Purifiers - via power button at top of unit

Step 8. ipad-pause music, put iPad to sleep, turn off speaker

Step 9. Turn off lights…

- 4 lights (3 pendants and 1 sink light) using the pull strings
-Turn off lamp by unplugging at power board behind mirror
Step 10. Art RoomDoor - Lock by hand and pull door closed

Step 11. Switch Off Accessible Bathroom Light

Step 12. Turn Off Hanging Light Outside Accessible Bathroom - pull string (use hook located at notice board if you can’t reach)

Step 13. Switch Off Main Bathroom Lights - 2 switches

Step 14. Close & Bolt Lock Main Bathroom Door

Step 15. Turn Off Window Lights in Corridor - via middle switch on two power points

Step 16. Check & Close/Lock Any Open Windows in Corridor

Step 17. Turn Off Hanging Light Outside Small Room - pull string

Step 18. Switch ON Light at Notice Board

Step 19. Close Entry Door - ensure the lock is engaged, exit and pull door closed behind you, double check it’s locked

Step 20. After Dark, Turn on Stairwell Light

Step 21. Return ALL Keys to Safe - place neatly on hook, close safe gently, scramble numbers, close cover
