How To Close Big Room & Building

Step 1. Dishes - Wash, dry and put away all dishes, leaving dish rack empty

Step 2. Rubbish - Put all rubbish in bins provided (note- you do not need to take rubbish out)

Step 3. Return all furniture and plants back to their original place

Step 4. Yoga Mats - disinfect using your own products, we have spare products on the shelf if needed. Once dry, tightly roll and gently place on shelf, do not squeeze too many mats on the one shelf, there is plenty of space across the 3 shelves

Step 5. Put big room items including chairs, trestles, blankets, cushions, mats, rugs etc back in the correct storage locations

Step 6. Open blinds

Step 7. Close curtains

Step 8. Mirrors - Check mirrors for marks & clean as needed with blue cloth & glass cleaner provided, put used cloth in dirty washing basket

Step 9. Floors - If you have created mess on the floor, use our broom, vacuum or mop to clean the mess (Vacuum cleaner is stored in kitchen, broom and mop in cleaning cupboard in main bathroom)

Step 10. Spray & Wipe - If needed, spray and wipe any surfaces using spay and cloth from kitchen

Step 11. Belongings - scan entire space including bathrooms to make sure everything you have all of your items, take all lost property with you

Step 12. Switch off split system heating/cooling using the corresponding remote mounted on the nearest pillar

Step 13. Switch off any portable heaters or fans at power point

Step 14. Switch off exhaust fan (switch to the right of mirrors, behind palm)

Step 15. Switch off air purifiers (power button on top of units)

Step 16. Switch off speakers via switch on back of each speaker

Step 17. Switch off mixer and fairy lights power board

Step 18. Turn off hanging lights via LIFX app on ipad. Please do not turn off using pull strings unless the wifi is down and you're unable to access the LIFX app. For instructions on how to operate the LIFX app, see this video.

Step 19. Switch Off Accessible Bathroom Light - via 1 switch

Step 20. Turn Off Hanging Light Outside Accessible Bathroom - pull string (Not, if you can't reach the string, there is a hook located at the noticeboard to assist)

Step 21. Switch Off All 3 Light Switches in Main Bathroom

Step 22. Close & Bolt Lock Main Bathroom Door (SUPER IMPORTANT FOR BUILDING'S SECURITY)

Step 23. Turn Off Window Lights - via middle switch on two power points

Step 24. Check & Close Any Open Windows in Corridor

Step 25. Turn Off Hanging Lights Outside Small Room - pull string

Step 26. Switch ON Light at Notice Board

Step 27. Close Entry Door - Ensure lock is engaged, exit & pull door closed behind you. Double check it's locked.

Step 28. Turn On Stairwell Light

Step 29. From inside the stairwell, make sure left hand street front door is bolt locked at top and bottom, exit the building and close the other door, double checking it is locked

Step 30. After 5pm Lock Gate (unless otherwise instructed) - using single silver key from safe to left of gate, code 4422

Step 31. Return ALL Keys to Safe- place neatly on hook, close safe gently, scramble numbers, close cover
